We teach our clients a simple lesson early in the EOS process – focus, focus, focus.
Decide what are the most important things you have to accomplish in your business in the next 90 days and then focus on getting them done. We refer to these items as Rocks. Don’t let the urgent drive out the important. Here is one of many videos you can find illustrating this point.
