About Ed Callahan

I am an EOS implementer.   I am a teacher, facilitator and coach.

EOS Implementers are passionate about helping PBOLTs – private business owners and their leadership teams - get more out of what they want from their business by coaching them on implementing the EOS business management system. EOS is a set of  practical, immediately usable tools that will increase traction in their business.

We collaborate with the owners/CEOs and leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies (2 to 50 million annual revenue, 10 to 250 employees, in any industry)

Like the biblical parable, we teach these leaders “how to fish”. We don’t come to them as an expert in their business, but rather as expert EOS Implementers. Once EOS is part of their business DNA, they don’t need us any longer.

I work primarily in the Baltimore to New York City corridor with my home base being in Greater Philadelphia. I am open to travel to Washington DC/ Northern VA and New England geographies. Prior to my EOS practice I was the President of two public, small businesses.  I was CEO of Neoware Systems, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA and COO of Summa Four, Inc. in Manchester, NH. I also enjoyed a ten-year career at Sun Microsystems, culminating as the Vice President of Global Telecom.

I graduated from New York University with a B.S. in Mathematics and earned an M.B.A. from Rutgers University Graduate Business School. I was a captain in the U.S. Army.  My wife and I reside in West Chester, PA.
