About Ed Callahan

I am an EOS implementer.  I am passionate about helping PBOLTs – private business owners and their leadership teams.  I am a teacher, facilitator and coach.

Ed Callahan2v1I help business owners get more out of what they want from their business by coaching them on implementing the EOS business management system. EOS is a set of  practical, immediately usable tools that will increase traction in their business.

I collaborate with the owners/CEOs and leadership teams of entrepreneurial companies (2 to 50 million annual revenue, 10 to 250 employees, in any industry)

Like the biblical parable, I am teaching these leaders “how to fish”. I don’t come to them as an expert in their business, but rather as an expert EOS Implementer. Once EOS is part of their business DNA, they don’t need me any longer.

I work primarily in the Washington DC to the Greater New York City corridor with my home base being in Greater Philadelphia. If you are interested in learning more about the EOS Process, I would be pleased to spend 90 minutes with an owner/CEO and their leadership team explaining EOS in detail and how we might work together.

If you would rather do some personal investigation first, please consider exploring the links at www.eosworldwide.com/ed-callahan and www.linkedin.com/in/EdCallahansProfile.

Prior to my EOS practice I was the President of two public companies.  I was CEO of Neoware Systems, Inc. in King of Prussia, PA and COO of Summa Four, Inc. in Manchester, NH. I also enjoyed a ten-year career at Sun Microsystems, culminating as the Vice President of Global Telecom.

I am a member of the leadership team of the Greater Philadelphia Senior Executive Group, www.gpseg.org and I co-chair its Professional Services subgroup.

I was graduated from New York University with a B.S. in Mathematics and earned an M.B.A. from Rutgers University Graduate Business School. I was a captain in the U.S. Army.  My wife and I reside in West Chester, PA.
